  • Professional Details:AHPRA registration numbers and college membership details (e.g., RACGP/ACRRM) for CPD point processing. 
  • Financial Information:Credit card or payment details (processed securely via third-party encrypted gateways; we do not store full card numbers). 
  • Technical Data:IP address, browser type, and usage data collected via cookies when you visit our website.

We collect personal information directly from you when you (but not limited to): 

  • Register for an event or webinar.
  • Subscribe to our newsletter or digital updates.

We may disclose your information to(but not limited to): 

  • Accreditation Bodies:Professional colleges (e.g., RACGP, ACRRM) to verify attendance for CPD points.

  • Event Sponsors & Partners:We may share attendee lists (typically limited to Name, Profession, and Clinic) with event sponsors. Note: We do not share your private contact details (email/phone) with sponsors for their independent marketing without your express “opt-in” consent. 
  • Legal Requirements:Where required by law or to assist law enforcement. 
  1. OVERSEAS DATA TRANSFERS

Some of our service providers (such as cloud storage or email marketing tools) may be located outside of Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your data with a level of protection consistent with Australian privacy laws.
