Welcome to GP Refresh. By accessing this website, using any of our services, registering for an event, or attending any GP Refresh conference (whether held in Australia or internationally), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these, you must not use our website or services.
- Intellectual Property & Recording
“All educational materials, including but not limited to slide decks, workbooks, digital resources, and live presentations provided by GP Refresh Pty Ltd, are the exclusive Intellectual Property of the entity or its licensed speakers. Attendees are strictly prohibited from recording (audio or video), photographing, or distributing these materials without express written consent from GP Refresh.”
- Photography & Promotional Consent
“By registering for an event, you acknowledge that GP Refresh may take photographs or video footage for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be featured in such media, you must notify the Privacy Officer in writing at info@gprefresh.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the event start.”
- Cancellations, Refunds, and CreditsGeneral Policy
GP Refresh operates primarily on a credit-based cancellation policy.
If a registration is cancelled by an attendee, GP Refresh may offer:
- A credit toward a future GP Refresh event, or
- An alternative option as determined by GP Refresh at its discretion
Refunds are not guaranteed and may only be provided where required by Australian consumer law.
Cancellation Timing
The latest cancellation date and applicable options (credit or refund, if any) will be specified on the relevant event registration page.
Where no specific timeframe is stated:
- Credits may be offered
- Cash refunds are not guaranteed
- Limitation of Ancillary Liability
“In the event of a cancellation, rescheduling, or shift to a virtual format, GP Refresh Pty Ltd’s liability is limited solely to the registration fee paid. We are not responsible for any ancillary costs incurred by the attendee, such as non-refundable flights, accommodation, or travel insurance. We strongly recommend attendees maintain their own travel insurance.”
- Speaker & Professional Disclaimer
“The information provided during our events is for educational purposes only and does not constitute formal medical advice. The views expressed by guest speakers and sponsors are their own and do not necessarily reflect the official position of GP Refresh Pty Ltd.”
- CPD Accreditation
GP Refresh events may be accredited by recognised professional bodies (eg., RACGP, RNZCGP, ACRRM, or International bodies, where applicable).
CPD eligibility and credit allocation are governed by the rules of the relevant accrediting body. It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their own CPD requirements.
- Fees, Pricing, and Promotions
- All prices are displayed in the applicable currency unless stated otherwise.
- Promotional offers, Early Bird pricing, and discounts are subject to availability and specific terms.
- GP Refresh reserves the right to modify pricing or withdraw promotions at any time.
- Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively unless expressly stated.
- International Events and Overseas Conferences
GP Refresh may organise and deliver events outside Australia.
For international events, you acknowledge that:
- Australian law governs these Terms and Conditions
- Local laws and regulations of the host country may also apply
- GP Refresh is not responsible for:
- Visa approvals or refusals
- Travel restrictions or border controls
- Passport, health, or vaccination requirements
Attendees are solely responsible for:
- Travel and accommodation arrangements
- Visas and documentation
- Travel and medical insurance
GP Refresh strongly recommends obtaining comprehensive travel insurance.
- International Event Risk and Disruption
In the event of circumstances beyond GP Refresh’s reasonable control (including pandemics, government restrictions, travel bans, venue unavailability, or force majeure events), GP Refresh may, at its discretion:
- Postpone the event
- Change the event location within the same country or region
- Convert the event to a virtual or hybrid format
- Offer a credit toward a future GP Refresh event
- Transfer registrations to a rescheduled date
Refunds may not be available in such circumstances unless required by law.
- Virtual or Hybrid Event Conversion
GP Refresh reserves the right to convert any in-person event to a virtual or hybrid format if required.
Where such a change occurs:
- Attendees will be notified prior to the event
- Registrations will remain valid
- All rights are reserved by GP Refresh

All GP Refresh content is provided for educational and professional development purposes only.
- Content does not constitute medical advice
- GP Refresh does not guarantee the accuracy or applicability of any information presented
- Attendees must exercise their own clinical judgement
- Attendee Conduct
GP Refresh expects professional and respectful conduct at all events.
GP Refresh reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with professional standards. No refund or credit will be provided in such cases.
13.Sponsorships and Exhibitors
Sponsorship and exhibition participation is subject to separate agreements.
GP Refresh maintains editorial independence and does not endorse sponsor products or services unless expressly stated.
- Media, Photography, and Promotion
GP Refresh events may be photographed or recorded.
By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in promotional, educational, and marketing materials, unless you notify GP Refresh in writing prior to the event.
This consent applies to both Australian and international events.
- Data Protection and Privacy
GP Refresh collects and manages personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Delegate information will only be shared with sponsors or partners where explicit opt-in consent has been provided.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Third-Party Services
GP Refresh is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including venues, accommodation providers, transport services, registration platforms, or payment processors.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- GP Refresh is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from event attendance or website use
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant registration, where applicable
- Force Majeure
GP Refresh is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, government actions, or travel disruptions.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
20.Updates to Terms and Conditions
GP Refresh reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon publication on the website.
